How Do I Know If My Tickets Have Shipped?

Once your tickets are shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.


Watch for a Shipping Confirmation Email

As soon as your tickets ship, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

The email will include:

  • The event name
  • Your order information
  • A UPS tracking link or tracking number
  • Estimated delivery details

This allows you to follow your shipment directly through UPS and monitor its progress in real time.


Tracking Information May Take Time to Update

After receiving your shipping confirmation email, it may take up to 24 hours for UPS to display the latest tracking activity.

If your tracking number doesn't show movement immediately, don't worry—this is normal and usually resolves once UPS processes the package.


Didn't Receive a Shipping Email?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation:

  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
  • Search your inbox for the event name
  • Search for emails related to your order

Remember, shipped tickets will not generate tracking information until the package has actually been sent.
