How Do I Access Tickets Through MyProVenue?

This guide will walk you through finding your transfer email, accessing your account, and viewing your tickets on your mobile device.

MyProVenue is a ticketing platform powered by Tickets.com and used by many venues, theaters, and event organizers.

Step 1: Locate Your Transfer Email

Your tickets are typically delivered through the venue's MyProVenue system.

Look for an email from:

  • The venue
  • Tickets.com
  • MyProVenue

Many transfer emails include a subject line similar to:

"Congratulations [Your First Name]..."

Inside the email, you'll usually find a button displaying the venue's name. Tap that button to begin accessing your tickets.

Can't Find the Email?

Try searching your inbox for:

  • MyProVenue
  • Tickets.com
  • The venue name
  • The event name
  • The performer or team name

Don't forget to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders as well.

If you still can't find the email, continue to the next step.

Step 2: Log In or Create Your Account

After selecting the link in the email, you'll be taken to the venue's MyProVenue portal.

Sign in using the same email address associated with your order.

New to MyProVenue?

Select Sign Up and create an account using the same email address where your tickets were delivered.

Using a different email address may prevent your tickets from appearing.

Step 3: View Your Tickets

After signing in:

  1. Locate your event
  2. Select View Active Tickets
  3. Review your ticket information

Your tickets should now be visible and ready for event day.

Step 4: Add Your Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet

Once your tickets are visible, you'll typically have the option to add them to:

  • Apple Wallet
  • Google Wallet

We strongly recommend saving your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the venue.

This helps ensure you can access your tickets even if cellular service is limited near the event.

Helpful Tips Before the Event

Use Your Mobile Device

Complete the transfer and access your tickets on the same device you'll bring to the event.

Can't Add Tickets to Your Wallet?

Don't worry.

In many cases, tickets can still be scanned directly from the MyProVenue website on your mobile device.

Tickets Not Appearing?

Double-check that you're signed in with the same email address that received the ticket transfer.

This is the most common reason tickets don't appear after logging in.
