How Do I Print My Print-at-Home Tickets?

Modified on Tue, 16 Jun at 9:53 AM

Most Print-at-Home tickets must be printed and brought with you to the event, so it's important to prepare them before event day.

Step 1: Locate Your Ticket Delivery Email

Once your tickets are available, you'll receive an email containing your ticket delivery information.

The email may include:

  • A PDF attachment containing your tickets
  • A download link for your ticket files

If you don't see the email:

  • Search for the event name
  • Search for your order number
  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders

Step 2: Download the PDF Ticket File

Open the email and download the complete PDF file.

Important

  • Save the entire PDF
  • Do not alter, crop, or edit the file
  • Avoid using screenshots in place of the original ticket

Before printing, verify that all pages have downloaded successfully.

Note: If your ticket states "Mobile Entry Only," it is not a Print-at-Home ticket and should be displayed from your smartphone instead.

Step 3: Print the Entire Ticket

Use a standard printer and print on 8.5" x 11" paper whenever possible.

For the best results:

  • Print the entire page
  • Do not crop the barcode
  • Do not print double-sided
  • Make sure the barcode or QR code is clear and readable

If your order contains multiple tickets, be sure to print every page.

Step 4: Bring the Printed Tickets to the Event

Your printed tickets must be presented for scanning at the venue.

To avoid scanning issues:

  • Keep tickets flat and unfolded
  • Avoid writing on or damaging the barcode
  • Store tickets somewhere safe before event day

What If I Forget to Print My Tickets?

Many venues require Print-at-Home tickets to be presented on paper.

If you arrive without printed tickets and the venue will not accept a barcode displayed on a mobile device, you may be denied entry.

Because the tickets were delivered according to the selected delivery method, refunds are generally not available in these situations.

What If I Don't Have Access to a Printer?

You still have several options:

  • Forward the PDF to a friend or family member who can print it
  • Visit a local print shop such as FedEx Office, Staples, or The UPS Store
  • Print from your workplace if permitted
  • If you're traveling, ask your hotel if they offer guest printing services

We recommend printing your tickets as soon as possible to avoid last-minute issues.

Helpful Tips

Print Early

Don't wait until the day of the event to print your tickets.

Bring Every Page

If your PDF contains multiple tickets, every page should be printed and brought to the event.

Review the Tickets Before Leaving

Confirm that all barcodes are visible and that the print quality is clear enough for scanning.
