How Do I Access My Print-at-Home Tickets?

Modified on Tue, 16 Jun at 9:53 AM

Print-at-Home tickets are delivered as PDF files that must be printed and brought with you to the event.

When Will I Receive My Tickets?

Once your tickets are available, we'll send you an email with instructions for accessing your tickets.

The email will contain either:

  • A PDF attachment containing your tickets, or
  • A link to download your ticket files

Be sure to monitor your inbox and check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if you don't see the email right away.

How to Download and Print Your Tickets

  1. Open the ticket delivery email
  2. Download the PDF ticket file
  3. Open the file and review all pages
  4. Print each ticket clearly on standard paper

Important

Each ticket typically contains its own unique barcode.

If your order includes multiple tickets, make sure all pages are printed and brought with you to the event.

Do Not Rely on Your Phone

Print-at-Home tickets are designed to be scanned from a printed paper copy.

Many venues will not accept a barcode displayed from a phone when the ticket type requires printed tickets.

Attempting to use a PDF on your mobile device instead of a printed ticket may result in entry issues or denial of admission.

What If I Don't Have Access to a Printer?

If you're unable to print your tickets at home, you may still have several options:

  • Visit a local print shop or office supply store
  • Use a public library that offers printing services
  • Ask a friend or family member to print the tickets for you
  • If you're traveling, check with your hotel, as many hotels offer business center or front desk printing services

We recommend printing your tickets as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute issues.

Helpful Tips for Event Day

Print Early

Printing your tickets before the day of the event helps ensure there is enough time to resolve any printing issues.

Bring All Ticket Pages

If your PDF contains multiple pages, make sure you bring every page associated with your order.

Protect Your Tickets

Avoid folding, damaging, or marking over the barcode, as this may impact scanning.
