How Do I Access My Parking Pass Through JustPark?

This guide will walk you through viewing your parking pass and preparing for arrival at the parking facility.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your parking pass is ready, you'll typically receive an email from JustPark.

The email may come from:

• JustPark
• no-reply@justpark.com

Subject lines often look similar to: "Your parking pass is ready to view"

Open the email and select Sign In to begin

Important: The email itself is not your parking pass. You'll need to sign in to JustPark to view the actual pass.

Can't Find the Email?

Try searching your inbox for:

• JustPark
• Parking Pass
• The event name
• The venue name

Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders as well. You can also skip the email entirely and sign in directly at https://eventpass.justpark.com/login.

Step 2: Sign In or Create a JustPark Account

You'll be directed to the JustPark login page. Sign in using the same email address associated with your order.

Simply sign in with your existing credentials.

New to JustPark?

Create an account using the same email address associated with your order.

Step 3: Open the My Passes Section

After signing in:

1. Navigate to My Passes
2. Select Events
3. Choose Upcoming

Your parking pass for the event will be listed here, ready to view.

Step 4: Download the JustPark App

Download the JustPark app from:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

The app provides quick access to your parking pass on event day and can be used in place of your mobile browser.

Step 5: Get Ready for Arrival

Before heading to the venue:

• Sign in to the same JustPark account on your mobile device or app
• Navigate back to My Passes → Events → Upcoming
• Have your pass ready to scan from your phone at the lot entrance
