How Do I Access Tickets Through Flicket?

This guide will walk you through accepting the transfer and accessing your tickets for event day.

Step 1: Check for the Transfer Email

When tickets are sent to you, you'll typically receive an email from Flicket.

Try searching your inbox for:

  • Flicket
  • The event name
  • The venue name
  • The performer or team name

Don't forget to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

Step 2: Sign In to Accept the Tickets

After clicking the link, you'll be taken to the event's Flicket-powered ticketing site.
Depending on the event, you may be asked to:

  • Enter your email address
  • Sign in to an existing Flicket account
  • Create a password if you don't already have one

Follow the on-screen instructions to view your tickets.
Once signed in, the tickets will be available under your account.

Step 3: View Your Tickets

Once signed in:

  1. Navigate to My Account
  2. Select My Tickets
  3. Select your event to view your ticket details

From here, you can either display your tickets on your phone or download/print them, along with any associated QR codes required for entry.

Helpful Tips

Use a Mobile Device or Print Your Tickets

Flicket tickets can be displayed and scanned directly from your smartphone, or downloaded and printed if you'd rather bring a physical copy to the venue.

Save to Your Mobile Wallet

If Flicket provides an option to add tickets to:

  • Apple Wallet
  • Google Wallet

we recommend saving them before arriving at the venue.

Don't See Your QR Code Right Away?

A short delay is sometimes normal. This can happen if:

  • The event has delayed ticket delivery to prevent fraud
  • The ticket hasn't been named yet

Your QR code will appear once the ticket is named or as the event date gets closer.

Verify the Correct Email Address

If you're prompted to sign in or create an account, use the same email address the tickets were sent to whenever possible.
