How Do I Access Tickets Through Ticketera?
This guide will walk you through accepting the transfer and accessing your tickets for event day.
Step 1: Check for the Transfer Email
When your tickets are transferred, you'll typically receive an email from Ticketera.
Look for:
Sender: no-reply@ticketera.com
Subject Line:
"Tickets to [Event Name] have been transferred to you"
Open the email and click Complete Transfer to begin.
Can't Find the Email?
Try searching your inbox for:
- Ticketera
- The event name
- The venue name
- The performer or team name
Don't forget to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Step 2: Accept the Transfer
After clicking the transfer link, you'll be taken to Ticketera's website.
Depending on the event, you may be asked to:
- Enter your first and last name
- Sign in to an existing Ticketera account
- Create a new Ticketera account
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.
Once accepted, the tickets will be assigned to you.
Step 3: View Your Tickets
After the transfer is complete:
- Navigate to Upcoming Events
- Select your event
- View your ticket details
Your tickets should now be available along with any associated barcodes or QR codes required for entry.
Helpful Tips
Use a Mobile Device
Ticketera tickets are designed to be displayed and scanned directly from your smartphone.
Save to Your Mobile Wallet
If Ticketera provides an option to add tickets to:
- Apple Wallet
- Google Wallet
we recommend saving them before arriving at the venue.
Don't See Your Tickets Right Away?
A short delay after acceptance is normal.
If your tickets don't appear immediately:
- Wait a few minutes
- Refresh the page
- Sign out and back in if necessary
Verify the Correct Email Address
If you're prompted to create an account, use the same email address associated with your order whenever possible.
