How Do I Access Tickets Delivered Through TicketReturn?
Unlike many mobile ticketing platforms, TicketReturn tickets are typically delivered directly by email as an attachment, making them quick and easy to access.
Step 1: Check Your Email
Once your tickets have been delivered, you'll receive an email from TicketReturn.
The email is typically sent from:
Subject lines often look similar to:
"You received tickets for [Event Name]"
Open the email to access your ticket attachment.
Can't Find the Email?
Try searching your inbox for:
- TicketReturn
- NoReply@ticketreturn.com
- The event name
- The venue name
Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders as well.
Step 2: Open the Ticket Attachment
Inside the email, you'll find your tickets attached as a file, usually in PDF format.
Open the attachment to view your tickets.
Each ticket will include:
- Event information
- Seat details (if applicable)
- A barcode or QR code for entry
There is typically no separate account creation, transfer acceptance, or login process required.
Step 3: Prepare Your Tickets for Event Day
TicketReturn tickets can often be used in one of two ways:
Option 1: Print Your Tickets
Print the PDF tickets and bring the physical copies with you to the event.
Option 2: Use Your Mobile Device
Open the ticket attachment on your phone and present the barcode or QR code at the venue for scanning.
Tip: If the venue requires printed tickets, be sure to print them before arriving. Venue requirements can vary by event.
Helpful Tips
Save the Attachment
Download the PDF and save it to your device so it's easy to access on event day.
Print When Possible
Having a printed copy can help avoid issues related to low battery, poor connectivity, or screen brightness.
Check Your Tickets Before Leaving
Open the attachment before heading to the venue to confirm that the barcode loads correctly and all pages are visible.
Bring the Entire Ticket
If your PDF contains multiple pages, make sure all pages are available when attending the event.
