How Do I Access Tickets Through Jump?

Many professional and college sports organizations use ticketing technology powered by Jump, which allows tickets to be delivered and managed directly through the team's official app.

This guide will help you access your tickets and prepare for event day.

Step 1: Download the Team App

Download the home team's official mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

This app is typically required to access and display your tickets.

Having trouble with the app? Many teams also provide access through their mobile ticket website, although the app usually provides the best experience.

Step 2: Sign In or Create Your Account

Use the same email address associated with your order.

Already Have an Account?

Sign in using your existing credentials.

Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password?" option on the login screen to reset it.

New to the Team App?

Select Sign Up and create an account using the same email address associated with your order.

Many teams will send a verification email before allowing access to your tickets.

Be sure to complete the verification process before attempting to view your tickets.

Step 3: Locate Your Tickets

After signing in:

  1. Navigate to My Tickets
  2. Select your event
  3. View your ticket information

Your tickets should appear automatically once they have been delivered to your account.

Step 4: Add Your Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet

When available, save your tickets to:

  • Apple Wallet
  • Google Wallet

This allows you to access your tickets more easily on event day, especially if internet service is limited near the venue.

Don't See an Add to Wallet Option?

No problem.

You can still access your tickets directly through the team's app by opening the event under My Tickets.

Why Don't I See a Barcode?

Some tickets use NFC (Near Field Communication) technology instead of traditional QR codes or barcodes.

If your ticket displays messaging such as:

"Hold Near Reader"

your phone itself acts as the credential.

Simply hold your device near the venue scanner when prompted.

This is normal and your ticket remains fully valid for entry.

Helpful Tips

Use the Same Email Address

Always sign in using the same email address associated with your ticket delivery.

Keep Your Phone Charged

Many team apps use mobile-only tickets that must be presented from your device.

Save Tickets Before Event Day

Adding tickets to your mobile wallet when available can make entry faster and more reliable.

Don't Worry If There Isn't a Barcode

Many newer ticketing systems rely on NFC technology rather than visible barcodes.
