How Do I Access My Parking Pass Through ParkWhiz?

This guide will walk you through viewing your parking pass, adding your vehicle information, and preparing for arrival at the parking facility.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your parking pass has been transferred, you'll typically receive an email from ParkWhiz.

The email may come from:

Subject lines often look similar to:

"[Sender Name] sent you a parking pass"

Open the email and select View Parking Pass to begin.

Important: The email itself is not your parking pass. You'll need to sign in to ParkWhiz to view the actual pass.

Can't Find the Email?

Try searching your inbox for:

  • ParkWhiz
  • Parking Pass
  • The event name
  • The venue name

Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders as well.

Step 2: Sign In or Create a ParkWhiz Account

You'll be directed to the ParkWhiz login page.

Sign in using the same email address that received the parking pass.

Step 3: Open the My Parking Section

After signing in:

  1. Navigate to My Parking
  2. Locate your upcoming reservation
  3. Select View Pass

From here, you'll be able to review:

  • Parking location details
  • Lot address and directions
  • Parking dates and times
  • Parking pass number
  • QR code or entry instructions
  • Vehicle information

Step 4: Add Your License Plate

Some parking facilities identify vehicles by license plate rather than by a printed parking credential.

If prompted:

  1. Select Add Vehicle or Edit License Plate
  2. Enter your vehicle's license plate number
  3. Save your information

Important: Some facilities require a license plate to be registered before arrival.

Step 5: Download the ParkWhiz App

Download the ParkWhiz app from:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

The app provides quick access to your parking reservation and pass information on event day.

Step 6: Save Your Pass to Your Mobile Wallet

Many ParkWhiz passes can be added to:

  • Apple Wallet
  • Google Wallet

Saving your pass before arriving at the venue can make entry easier, especially if cellular service is limited near the event.

Helpful Tips

Your QR Code Is Your Parking Credential

Most facilities will scan the QR code displayed within your parking pass.

Verify Your Vehicle Information

If your reservation displays "No Vehicle", make sure to add your license plate before arriving.

Review Entry Instructions

Some parking facilities have specific entry procedures, shuttle information, or lot restrictions. Be sure to review the details included with your reservation before event day.

Access Your Pass Before You Leave

Open your pass and confirm it loads correctly before heading to the venue.
