Use the Same Email Address
Always sign in using the same email address that received the transfer invitation.
Check Both Email and the App
Sometimes tickets appear in your SeatGeek account before you locate the transfer email.
Save Tickets Before Event Day
If the wallet option is available, consider saving your tickets before arriving at the venue. This can help avoid delays if internet service is limited near the event.
Keep Your Phone Charged
Most SeatGeek tickets are mobile tickets and must be presented from your phone for entry.
